Burton Constable Hall
Burton Constable Hall is an impressive Elizabethean house set within over 200 acres of gardens and parkland. Over 30 rooms within the hall are open to the public, with tour guides on hand throughout the rooms to help enhance your visit. The rooms are filled with fine furniture and works of art.
The grounds to Burton constable were designed by Capability Brown, many of these original features remain or have been restored. With rolling lawns, lakes, parklands and woodland the extensive grounds can be a day out in themselves. Over 80 species of bird have been sighted in the grounds making Burton Constable a fascinating option for brd-waters and wildlife enthusisats.
The Stables are in interesting feature of the hall and have been restored to demonstrate the life of the stable boys. Interactive listening posts bring alive the story of Billy the stable boy and his life at the hall.

The admission policy admits one necessary companion, or carer, of a disabled visitor free of charge while the normal admission fee applies to the disabled visitor. Disabled parking is available at the front of the house Wheelchair loan is available for the house and the grounds.
