Thrybergh Country Park and resevoir are a nature reserve with over 170 species of wildflowers and plants, 155 species of birds, and 20 species of mammals in the area. The park has two bird viewing hides and is a popular roosting and feeding site for migratory birds.
There are anumber of footpaths and trails in the park, although some are closed in the winter due to nesting birds. The park is a popular fishing site during th summer months, fishing tackle is available to hire from the visitor centre. Various activities run throughout the year including guided walks, nature and wildlife activities.
The park has a visitor centre with cafe, and is a popular area for fishing, walking and bird watching.

shop open 10.00 until 6pm and
cafe 9.30 untill 5pm
There is no charge for visiting Thrybergh Country Park although special events and activities may incur a charge
