Hornsea - Yorkshire Coast - East Yorkshire

Hornsea is a small seaside town, once famous for its pottery located in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The Hornsea museum has the largest collection of Hornsea pottery in the world and the natural Hornsea Mere situated to the close to town is the largest freshwater lake in Yorkshire, it is popular with birdwatchers especially in autumn and winter when many species overwinter here. Otherwise rowing boats are available for hire.

Hornsea is one of the smaller seaside resorts on the Yorkshire Coast, and is the home of the Hornsea pottery museum.
