Located just 15 minutes west of York city centre near the village of Hessay, York Fun Time Off-Road Buggies delivers an adrenaline-pumping driving experience set on a purpose-built dirt track in the open North Yorkshire countryside.
Designed for thrill-seekers, birthday celebrations, stag/hen parties, and corporate team building, the venue features off-road dirt buggies built to tackle sharp hairpin turns, long acceleration straights, slippery mud pits, and undulating terrain.

Whether you are a complete novice or an experienced driver looking for low-grip thrills, here is what the off-road buggy experience includes:
- High-Performance Off-Road Buggies: Take command of lightweight, roll-caged dirt buggies.
- Challenging Dirt Track: Navigate a multi-turn dirt circuit packed with rollers, camelbacks and tabletops.
- Speed Field Track:Follow your instructor out onto a field track to open up the engines and get some speed.
- Professional Instruction & Safety Gear: Full safety briefing, operation demonstration, and protective equipment (goggles) provided prior to taking to the track.
- Up To Two People Per Buggy: Twin Seater buggies. Driver/passenger swap half way through the session.
Dress for Mud / Weather 🌧️
Off-road buggy driving gets fast, furious, and dirty! Drivers are strongly advised to wear sensible, lace-up footwear (trainers or walking boots) and clothing you don't mind getting muddy or dusty.
