Free entry applies for toddlers under 2 and registered carers accompanying a paying visitor. The farm shop, deli, and selected exterior restaurants are free to enter without a farm ticket.
Mandatory Advance Online Booking: All visitors—including season ticket holders and voucher holders—must pre-book arrival timeslots online before travelling. Walk-up tickets are strictly subject to capacity and carry an on-the-day surcharge.
