Country Shows 2026 in Yorkshire

Country shows are a day out for all the family and a celebration of the rural country living and lifestyle which is enjoyed across the county, from the flagship Great Yorkshire show to small village shows.

Duncombe Park Country Fair

4th May 2026
Attractions include, trade stands, craft fair marquee, farmers market, static engines, vintage cars, tractors and motorcycles.

Graves Park Country Show

4th May 2026
Enjoy a great day out with all of the family. Free entry event with lots of fun activities and interesting things to see and do including extreme mountain bike stunt show, artisan craft marquee, llama trekking, bird of prey displays and fun fair rides.

Otley Show

16th May 2026
The oldest one day agricultural show in the country, with approx 15000 visitors. Classes are held in Cattle, Sheep, Horses, Ponies, Dogs, Poultry, Pigeons, Waterfowl, Produce, Handicraft and Floral.

Yorkshire Game and Country Fair

16th and 17th May 2026
The Yorkshire Country & Game Fair is held at Scampston Hall. There is a vast array of country sports with loads of ‘have-a-go’ opportunities, to fine foods and animals – all this and lots more.

North Yorkshire County Agricultural Show

21st June 2026
On Show day there will be many events and displays around the show field throughout the day including:- livestock judging, farrier demonstration, alpacas, rabbit and cavy show, craft and baking competitions, vintage tractors, display of classic cars, carriage driving, craft marquee, fire brigade and police displays, an abundance of trade stands.

Todmorden Country Fair

Honley Show

27th June 2026
Held at Farnley Tyas Showground, HD4 6UW. Family fun filled day out with a wide range of entertainment and agricultural classes and show.

Malton show

28th June 2026
Malton show is held at Scampston Park just outside the town. Shuttle buses run during the event from the town.

Howden Show

5th July 2026
Howden Show is an annual agricultural show organised by a small committee of local volunteers. The show has a long and proud history dating back to 1855.

Great Yorkshire Show

Egton Bridge Gooseberry Show

4th August 2026
Egton Bridge, eight miles from Whitby in the North York Moors National Park, is the setting for the oldest surviving gooseberry show in the country, established in 1800. The show is held on the first Tuesday in August each year by the Egton Bridge Old Gooseberry Society.

Thornton-Le-Dale Show

Arthington Show
