The Santa Specials return to Scarborough North Bay Railway for Christmas 2026, offering festive miniature train journeys along the scenic coastal route from Peasholm Park to Scalby Mills.

Designed as a memorable holiday outing for young families, the experience combines a festive round-trip train ride with a visit to Father Christmas in his grotto, age-appropriate gifts, and complimentary seasonal refreshments.

The Santa Specials run on 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 23rd, and 24th December 2026. Trains depart from Peasholm Station in scheduled timed slots.
