Leeds Scare Maze returns for autumn 2026 with an all-new immersive horror experience: Horror Motel. Taking over a multi-floor abandoned office block tucked away on Heatons Court, the standalone urban scare event brings immersive live terror straight to the city centre.

Running from Friday 9th October through Sunday 1st November 2026, the experience comes back bigger, darker, and more terrifying than before. The 2026 walkthrough features a completely redesigned route, fresh sets, original characters, and interactive live actor encounters where guests step directly into the story.

What to Expect Inside Horror Motel 🚪🔑

This year, visitors are invited to check into a decaying motel where no guest ever truly checks out. Tucked behind flickering neon signs and abandoned corridors, guests will attempt to navigate dark rooms and forgotten secrets.

• All-New 2026 Maze Design: Completely reimagined layout featuring new scenes, hidden corridors, flickering neon lights, and unexpected surprises around every corner.
• Disturbed Motel Characters: Live scare actors depict the motel's disturbed residents, deranged staff, and a mysterious Motel Manager.
• Multi-Floor Urban Footprint: Set inside an abandoned office block, utilizing dark rooms, tight hallways, and vertical staircases to create claustrophobic suspense.
• Fully Immersive Encounters: Features interactive encounters, atmospheric sets, theatrical soundscapes, strobe lighting, and sudden jump-scares where you become part of the story.
