Celebrate the autumn season at Yorkshire Pumpkins at Lodge Farm in Cundall, North Yorkshire! Nestled in gorgeous countryside between Boroughbridge and Thirsk, this family-run farm transforms into a vibrant sea of orange every October.
Offering thousands of home-grown pumpkins in every imaginable shape, size, and color, it provides an authentic field-to-wheelbarrow picking experience paired with fantastic family play areas and seasonal treats.
Days Out Yorkshire Take
We visited in October 2025 and found so much more than we expected! Beyond the massive range of pumpkins on offer, there are incredible photo ops scattered across the patch, plus both indoor and outdoor pumpkin- and farm-themed games that kept the kids entertained for hours. Grab a warm coffee and fresh pizza while the little ones play—it makes for a fantastic autumn family morning out.
Yorkshire Pumpkins focuses on providing a clean, accessible, and fun environment for all ages. Grab one of the farm’s red wheelbarrows, head out into the spacious fields, and search for your perfect carving gourd, culinary squashes, or decorative gourds.
