Every September, the picturesque Pennine town of Holmfirth transforms into a bustling culinary hub. The Holmfirth Food Festival fills the town's historic streets and riverside spaces with dozens of local food producers, international street food stalls, independent craft drinks, and live open-air entertainment.
Taking place across the third weekend of September (Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September 2026), the festival spreads across key town hubs including Towngate car park, Hollowgate, and surrounding streets, drawing thousands of food lovers to the Holme Valley.

Parking in central Holmfirth is very limited due to street closures for the event. Using the official festival Park & Ride service or public buses from Huddersfield is strongly advised.
